New ITS Support Request System, TeamDynamix

Greetings!

ITS has a new system for submitting Technical and Blackboard support requests with TeamDynamix (TDX).

Our new ticketing system has several user-friendly features to make your experience smoother and hassle-free. Here's how:

  • You can now submit your tickets without waiting on hold or for the ticket to be created and receive status updates about your tickets via email.

  • The search feature is more robust, allowing you to look for specific services, helpful tips, and self-help tools via the entire site, the Service Catalog, or the Knowledge Base.
