ITS has a new system for submitting Technical and Blackboard support requests with TeamDynamix (TDX).
Our new ticketing system has several user-friendly features to make your experience smoother and hassle-free. Here's how:
You can now submit your tickets without waiting on hold or for the ticket to be created and receive status updates about your tickets via email.
The search feature is more robust, allowing you to look for specific services, helpful tips, and self-help tools via the entire site, the Service Catalog, or the Knowledge Base.
