Help Desk Unable to Process Password Resets Over The Phone Until Sept. 1st

Please be advised, as part of the Fiscal Year-End Closing business process of the College, beginning at 12:00 PM, Friday, August 30th, the Help Desk will be unable to process password resets over the phone.

During this time, please see our password self-service at www.sanjac.edu/password, or visit one of our Service Desks on site. Please visit www.sanjacits.org/campus-service-desks for more information about the Service Desks.

All services will be restored by 1:00 AM, Sunday, September 1, 2024.
