  • Submit a Support Request Online (TDX Support Client Portal) - Need tech help? Use our self-service Client Portal to submit service requests and explore our knowledge base for self-help guides and troubleshooting tips for the fastest service. Check out the Student User Guide to get started with the portal.  

  • Visit Us on Campus (Campus Service Desks) - Prefer in-person help? Stop by one of our Campus Service Desks for assistance with password resets, MFA help, Wi-Fi issues, and Office 365 apps.
