When are accounts created?
All full & part-time employees & contractors have their accounts created when they are hired.
When you are hired, your leader is required to complete a Network Access Form. ITS notifies your leader when this request is completed.

Complete these steps
Step 1: Get your Username & Temporary Password
Ask your Leader for your first-time login credentials (UserName & Temporary password).
Step 2: Create your password
All new employees are required to create a new password. Click the button using your temporary credentials to create your new password.
Step 3: Create Your Security Questions
After you create your password, you are required to set up your Challenge Questions & Responses. You are required to answer a minimum of three (3) security questions, two (2) Pre-Defined & one (1) Your Choice.
