Find out what MFA means for you and help protect personal & College Data
From Monday, January 23, 2022 all Students are required to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Why Do we need this Change?
This change is required by Federal & Texas State Laws to improve protection against unauthorized access to the College’s systems & data.
What does this change mean to me?
This change means that in addition to your Username & Password you will also be required to verify your identity by either entering a one-time code sent to your phone via text, answering an automated phone call, or using the Microsoft Authenticator App when you are off campus & signing in to the College’s systems.
When will this change affect me?
We will require all students to enroll beginning January 23, 2022 so that they are ready to begin using MFA to access College systems by Fall 2023.
